The office of the City Clerk is charged with the responsibility of maintaining and preserving all books, records, papers, maps and other effects belonging to the City. In being the custodian of the official records of the community, the Clerk manages and records all public notices, resolutions, ordinances and official business taken during meetings. The office can also provide information and assistance for services such as notary public & voter registration.
