3rd ANNUAL WOOD RIVER BIKE RAMBLE – Bring your kids for a safe and exciting family night bike ride. The route begins and ends at the Roundhouse. Line up is at 8:00 p.m. and the ride will start at 8:30 p.m. Register at the Roundhouse (251-3130) or City Hall (251-3100). Fee $3 per person/$5 per family.

WOOD RIVER ICE CREAM SOCIAL – Beat the heat this summer by partaking in our Ice Cream Social from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Central Park. The Muny Band will perform from 2:00 to 3:00 and the Diz Strohman Big Band will play from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. In addition to ice cream, enjoy popcorn, hot dogs, brats, BBQ and a cake walk.

25th ANNUAL WOOD RIVER TRIATHLON – Starts at 7:00 a.m. with a swim at the Aquatic Center followed by a bike ride and run through the streets of Wood River. If interested, please call 251-3130.

WOOD RIVER DOWNTOWN FALL FESTIVAL from Noon to
8:00 p.m. Come out and enjoy a day of fun-filled family activities, food, craft vendors and music by Smash.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA – Join us at the Roundhouse for breakfast with Santa and a chance to have a picture taken with him from 8:00 a.m. to l0:30 a.m. No reservations are required and breakfast includes: pancakes, sausage, milk, juice or coffee. Adult and child plates are available.
